Deleting your data

If you connected a social account

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, or other social account to Zolt AI, we store the access credential for that account, the account’s name or handle, and the performance readings we collect for posts published through it.

You can remove all of it at any time, in either direction:

• From Zolt AI:open the business, go to Settings → Social accounts, and choose Disconnect on the account. This removes our stored credential immediately.
• From the platform:remove Zolt AI in the platform’s own app settings (on Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites). The platform notifies us automatically, and we delete the connection and its stored readings without any further action from you.

Either route deletes the same thing. Posts already published stay on the platform — they belong to your account there, and we cannot remove them for you.

If you want your whole Zolt account deleted

Email info@redmedianetwork.comfrom the address on the account and we will delete it, and everything in it, within 30 days. Billing records are the one exception we keep, for as long as tax and anti-fraud obligations require — see our Privacy Policy.

Checking on a deletion request

A deletion started from a platform gives you a confirmation code. Visit /legal/data-deletion/<your code> to see its status, or email us the code and we will look it up.
